This apartment is located extremely conveniently. It is a 5 minute walk to downtown, 8 minute walk to the gym, and around 5 to 10 minutes to get anywhere on campus!
It is a small apartment, but it is plenty of room for 1 person, and it has a big... closet for storage. It will come fully furnished with a television included. All the appliances work well and in my year living here, I have not had any problems.
The apartment is on the the top floor in the corner, so there are no upstairs neighbors, and the next door apartment is only rented out for football games.
A couple disclaimers: I personally prefer a projector over a television, so I do no currently have a television set up, however, by the time you arrive, there will be a television where the guitar rack currently is.
I would like a small portion of the closet if possible to keep a couple of my things, however, if that does not work for you, I can try to make other arrangements.
