The French Quarter

The kitchen appliances were replaced just recently, so they're still very new, and the thermostat was replaced a year ago. I have a cat already and he wouldn't do well with another animal (and the complex doesn't allow more than one pet pet apt) but... he will be very friendly towards you once he gets to know you. There's a washer/dryer upstairs alongside the bedrooms and the open bedroom is the one with the balcony.
