320 West Mag Apartment 615 Lease Takeover for Spring and Summer Semesters(Jan-July)

I am an AU student who is co-oping for all of 2026 and I am looking for someone to take over my lease at 320 West Mag. This would mean taking on the remaining portion of my first lease, Jan 2026 - July 2026. I am also looking for someone to take over... the Aug 2026 - Dec 2026 portion of my second lease. If you take over the Jan-July portion of the lease you will have the option to take over the following 1 year lease in its entirety, Aug 2026 - July 2027. That is totally cool if you want to do that. I am co-oping and can find another place if you like the 320 apartment.

I am really committed to getting someone into this apartment, so I am willing to offer a portion of the monthly rent up to $450 based on how much of the lease you are willing to take over, I am open to parties that are only interested in a portion of the whole year as well. I love 320 and want someone else to get a 320 experience out of my apartment while I am not there. You would be joining my two roommates who are both engineering undergrad students and all around great guys. They keep to themselves and are really kind so you don't need to worry about any issues with them. As my roommates are men, per 320's rules this opportunity is only open to other men.

320's Community Amenities include a pool, weight and fitness room, adjacency to Auburn's campus, grills and outdoor spaces, private study rooms, and community study rooms.

The Apartment is unit 615-A, an end unit on the top floor, that includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and balcony overlooking one of the interior green spaces. The floors are all hardwood and the room comes partially furnished. Included furnishings are full size bed frame and mattress, desk, dresser, desk chair, and bedside table. In the photos, the black shelf, blue chair, and rug are not provided and will be moved out. The shared kitchen/living space has a couch, TV, coffee table, ample kitchen cabinet space, an island, and bar stools.
