319 Bragg
My roommates and I are currently in a 4x4 D1 at the 319 Bragg apartments and are looking for one person to move in with us for the Fall 2026 term. We preferably are looking for class of 2029, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re not and you’re... interested anyways!
The leases are set at around $1200 a month. This price includes ALL utilities besides a $10/m parking fee.
There is a washer/dryer in unit, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a balcony, private bedrooms and bathrooms, and we already have the apartment fully furnished! The current pictures show the unfurnished version as well as a furnished but not fully decorated version, I will update with more photos once we get our new rug and lamp that are on the way! We like to keep things looking nice, but we love our silly wall decorations and are open to many more..... (hence the big lion picture) I also attached pictures of my room (that I lowkey just took) so that you can gauge the size of it, however my room is shaped a bit differently than the one we have available. All of my roommates have queen beds are larger plus desks + other furniture and fit them just fine, though! You are also welcome to bring any of your own decorations for the common areas if we all agree on it :) Our complex is a 10 minute walk from campus, has a tiger transit stop, 24/7 gym, study rooms, a swimming pool, pool and ping pong tables, complimentary coffee machine in the lobby, and much more! The room available is the one that is highlighted in the images section.
You would be able to sign the lease as early as today, as we have confirmed that our roommate is not renewing.
