Terrace level bedroom with in room bathroom and walk-in closet. Apartment is a 4BR, 4.5 Bath, upgraded apartment which is fully furnished with washer and dryer on terrace level. I am transferring to another school for Spring Semester 2026. I am... looking for someone to take over my lease starting either mid December 2025 or beginning of January 2026.
