Hello! My name is Rachel and I am in need of a girl to take over my lease for the summer months until July 25. Rent is $575/month plus utilities. Water tends to be around a flat rate of $30.
While the listing is set for up to 3 people, I am not... currently living there and I only have 1 roommate there currently (one moved out much earlier than anticipated).
