The House is directly across the street from the second Logan Square tiger transit bus stop on the "West Glenn" route. The house is an 8-10 minute walk away from Louder Hall and a 20 minute walk away from the Library. Trash and Recycling comes every Wednesday morning very early, I have been the one taking the bins to the curb and I'm willing to continue doing so. If you do not have Furniture I have access to furniture that can be moved in for you, or if you already have furniture the house is essentially empty so there is plenty of room!
There is about 1000 Square feet inside the property made up by 3 bedrooms with closets, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, and a central hallway that connects everything. The oven, stoves, fridge, washer, dryer, water heater, and air conditioning all work great!
The Property has a decent sized backyard with outdoor lights and a view of the train tracks. The entire front yard is essentially the driveway and it can fit about 3-4 cars depending on size, maybe 5 If your car can drive up a curb. There is a hose in the front yard that I would allow anyone living here to use. This is a very safe place to live, I've lived here for over a year and I've never seen any suspicious characters around the house, heard any gunshots, or felt threatened in any way. The one neighbor is a very kind old lady.
I have a lot keeping me busy so most days I am barely at the house. I like to keep the house clean and organized. I'll be very flexible with anyone who is respectful to me, I'm able to get along with almost anyone and I'm open to almost anyone moving in. I own a neutered male cat. He is shy and will probably hide most of the time. I am open to other pets living in the house as long as they're not aggressive towards him.
